It's one of those things where once you start seeing it, you can't unsee it, and you see it everywhere.
I mean, I was at Iowa State for a visit, what, a year and a half ago, and I noticed that they were โ I think it had been approved, and it was somewhere in the works, the approval process, and you notice that.
And then you start noticing it everywhere else, right?
Like I'm down here in Tampa, and the University of South Florida is working on something like this.
The Tampa Bay Rays, if their stadium ever becomes a thing,
this is going to be part of it.
It was part of the last iteration of the Tampa Bay race stadium proposal.
And like you said, Kansas and, and, uh, wake forest is another one.
So like, once you see it, you start noticing how this is everywhere.
And that was enough for us to start making some calls.
I mean, I've driven through the one at Florida state is lane times at this point.
And then there's somewhere probably in the couple dozen range at the college level that are somewhere in the works from the, Hey, we're going to really look at this too.
there's construction going on or, or we're opening next year, that type of thing.
And again, it's all over the spectrum from James Madison, North Dakota state to Tennessee, Kansas, Ole Miss.
So it depends on what we mean by doomed recipe, right?
For the schools, generally speaking, and again, we're speaking in broad strokes here, I think it's a pretty safe investment.
I mean, because most of the liability, most of the risk lies with the builders and the developers who are doing this.
