I'm admiring their wily, out-of-the-box thinking.

That's what you get in Silicon Valley.

The trouble is that, as you say, it's a lot easier to win over a small council, but they are still struggling at this stage.

They managed to get approval from the council to explore the idea of this proposal.

But then there's a Sassoon City sort of town hall meeting where people can come in to voice their opinions on this latest development.

I've got some reactions there as well.

So they've run into NIMBYs here too.

I would like to point out, by the way, didn't that last guy sound like Christopher Walken?

I've never met or heard anyone in my life talk like Christopher Walken that wasn't either Christopher Walken or someone doing an impression of Christopher Walken.

But that guy sounds like Christopher Walken.

Isn't that weird?
