And I can cash that money in, have generational wealth for my family.
That's a piece that I think that the Pirates have some leverage that I don't think people are talking a lot about.
If I'm him, I'm trying to get every dime out of it for sure and protect my years after.
But, you know, if I want to comp a major league guy,
If I want to call him a major league guy that he could be that's a little bit ahead.
So Bobby Witt was 10 years, I think $277 million was his contract.
Now he had two years of service time when he got it.
And so that's a big difference because he's already had two years in and he was close to arbitration.
He had shown what he could do.
So I don't think Griffin asking for more is wrong based on what, you know, everything is.
But at some point, does Griffin just say, hey, I want to know I have this.
I want to be this person.
I'm going to just go play.
And if I'm as, you know, I look at it as if I'm as good as he could, he looks like he's going to be, age whatever it would be, 27, 28.

And like, I would be, I think another factor in this is that I, that I keep going back to every time Connor Griffin comes up says the guy who's pitching today is
there hasn't been long-term contract talks with him, you know, maybe it was floated and he didn't want any parts of it or whatever the case may be.
But like this, so there's, there's, there's a little gray area in there with like the dude who's pitching today.
