But, you know, if there were NFL teams that didn't know about this and he didn't reveal it to them, I mean, that is going to be a concern for some people.
And I haven't heard from anybody in the organization as of yet about how they feel about it.
um i mean my initial reaction was that i mean i do think that if you're the chiefs you probably do have to take him off your board um and i say that as being somebody who's i think that he is absolutely a guy that would help out this team i think that he's probably of the players that's available in the first round maybe the one that could have the most impact on this team they need somebody on the defensive side that can be a future pillar of this team because they're they're losing chris jones and
I'm not sure that they have anybody else that you really would call a pillar, somebody that you can build around.
They need, like, a future all-pro caliber player, and he could potentially be that guy.
But I also, you know, there's something that the Chiefs have kind of lived by in the last 10 years, and it's been that, hey, they've got a locker room that can handle adding these kind of guys.
And I say that probably 10 years, but I probably should more like say like eight or nine, because
I think there was a time when they had some egos in that locker room.
I'm not sure they should have been adding more egos to the locker room.
Right now, it's not that they have some egos, but I do think that there's some guys in the locker room that some players do look to and say, wait a minute, there's not a lot of accountability.
Maybe there's not as much accountability going on with this team as there once was.
And you bring in more guys that have that kind of potential,
So I think that they should absolutely be seriously considering about not taking him, despite if we were saying that he's the best player in the draft.
I still think that they should probably be second guessing themselves about taking this guy.
Yeah, and that was my first reaction as well.
And I say this as a guy that's generally probably a little bit more forgiving than average as far as, you know, hey, giving players second chances, that Andy Reid's had some success in the past with situations like this.
But then again, you can also say that there have been some failures.
And, you know, hey, Kareem Hunt might have been a failure.
