And, hey, if you feel like Jeremiah Love's a generational player, you feel like Caleb Downs is a generational player, they're available at nine, I guess those are the exceptions to the rule.

But it still feels like with everything that Brett Veach has accomplished,

kind of believed in the past that if you've got a pick of this value, you have to get true value for it.

And taking a non-premium position just doesn't – I mean, especially one that you're going to be paying top-of-the-market money to.

I mean, if you're drafting a running back, you're making them one of the highest-paid running backs in the league if you take them at nine.

That's not true with these other premium positions.

You're talking about being able to get really, really good players, maybe the best.

one of the best players at their position, and paying them a fraction of what you'd pay on the free agent market.

I don't in this draft, and certainly not for the Chiefs because, I mean, it's a need.

It's a 2027 need for the future and beyond for sure, but I just don't see it as being a need for this team right now.

If Francis Malinoa fell to nine, I mean, I would have a brief pause for sure because –

It certainly feels like, and from what I've seen of these guys, too, I feel like that Maui Noah is the only one that's a legitimate first-round pick.

Here's the thing.

I'm not sure that Maui Noah is any better than Josh Simmons.

I'm not sure that anybody in this year's draft is as good as Josh Simmons.

I'm not sure that there's anybody in this draft that's better than, like I said, any of the guys that were taken before Josh Simmons last year.

Last year's tackle draft was a lot better than I think than this one is.

This is just a really, really weak draft overall.

And yeah, getting, you know, the second best tackle in this draft is probably legitimately a, you know, you're going to say that it's a late first, early second.

And that's why I do feel, I feel differently about 29.
