When I was thinking about running for Congress, so this was 2016.
That was when I went through the boot camp.
I haven't talked as much about this, but I went through the congressional boot camp.
And when I get there, there was a guy named Jefferson.
I can't remember his first name from New Orleans.
And he was the captain of the Democrats congressional baseball team.
And when I went to sit down with him and talk, he goes, I don't care about your positions.
He goes, whatever.
He's like, are you good at baseball?
I said, what do you mean?
He was like, you look like you might be good at baseball.
He's like, our team gets their ass kicked every year.
