Can we just acknowledge the truth that everyone knows?

He's an employee, right?

Why would they not want them?

So here's their rational arguments of people who don't want employees.

There are laws that apply to employees.

Workers' comp.

What if they get hurt?

Is the school going to have to pay for them for life?

Workers' disability.

Unemployment.

There's a lot of things.

All of a sudden, all these rules.

OSHA.

All this stuff employers deal with.

Universities are just like, we don't want to have to do that stuff.

My argument would be, though, you do it with other people at your school.

just add the players to it you know you do it with the professors you can set the rules however you want and it makes the whole thing so much easier and less complicated that's my and i think when i hear the really smart people talk about it they all kind of acknowledge that it's just a question of if they're ever actually going to do it eight five nine
