So you need a good communicator, and Ben, I think, is really good at fostering communication among the assistants.

So did you get the sense that Kevin Bayard would like to be here, all things being equal?

And I want to know from you, how do you judge the value of the two guys?
Because I think there's a compelling argument to try and bring both of them back.
And I also think there's a compelling argument that either one of them makes sense to give something to.

But considering some of the cap situations the Bears find themselves in, that might be difficult.
So how do you judge which one is the more valuable guy?
He was a player that played recklessly, and we say that with affection because those are the guys that make downhill tackles, guys who play reckless.
So you spoke to Andrew Giannouko and to Thomas Brown, right?
I mean, that's amazing.
It takes us back to a very unfortunate time in our football lives, to be honest with you, Adam.
But Thomas Brown, I got a lot of respect for that guy.
