And immediately, every major employer in the country, including police departments, the Air Force, and everybody else, began fast-tracking non-white candidates.
Look at the case of Matthew Furlong, if you get a chance.
He was a white, straight, 25-year-old male when he applied to join the police force in Cheshire in 2017.
He was clearly qualified for the job.
He studied particle physics in college.
His father was a detective.
Aced all of his tests, all of his interviews.
He was repeatedly told that he could not have improved his application in any way.
So it was like basically perfect.
And yet he was rejected solely because the police force didn't have any black officers.
So the chief constable of the police force essentially admitted that
his department's top priority was to avoid any accusations of racism.
So to that end, they adopted an explicitly racist anti-white hiring policy.
He was turned down for the job because of his race explicitly, which is something that in the UK will never happen to a black person.
Just like it will never happen to a black person in this country.
Will never happen.
Cannot happen.
It can only happen to white people.
And it does.
Multiply that example by about 10 million and you get a sense of what white Britons have had to endure over the past two decades.
