I mean, you basically did a majority sale of the business.
It was, it was a very interesting year to say the least, um, without diving in too much confidential information.
We had a lot of, a lot of strategics knocking on the door.
We had a lot of M and a conversations going on.
Um, and there was a lot of range of interest rain ranging from.
doing a series A to minority growth equity, majority growth equity, and full strategic acquisition.
And ultimately at the end of the day, we went with the partner that gave us the most confidence in partnering with us to get where we believe the company can go.
Yes.
10 million of 16 was basically secondary.
You guys got some early cash out, which is great, great to win, but a $22 million valuation for your growth rate.
