It's just a transfer of value system.
This is common throughout ethnic groups throughout the world.

And we're blinded by how other cultures don't have it as well.
You know, here you drive to, you know, you're right outside of Tampa.
Well, every one of these little towns has got a half a dozen banks in them.
You got a Wells Fargo branch.
You got a Chase branch.
You got Bank of America.
Right.
They don't have that in China.
They don't have that in Honduras.
You know, outside of this area here, you got all this agricultural land.
Who do you think's picking the crops?
Those aren't conservatives wearing MAGA hats.
Those are guys from Honduras or Nicaragua or El Salvador.
Well, they need to get their money back.
home to their families in the form of remittances.
So what they use is called black market money exchanges.
