Anyway, he engaged in a scheme to fraudulently transfer title and ownership of seven different real estate properties from the legitimate owners to himself.
He formed some DBAs to do this.
Bay and Bay Associates.
Morocco at Virginia Trust, Morocco Empire Land of the Moors Trust, and the Virginia Republic.
Right, which are all like just steaming with Moorish ideology in the games, right?

The properties were generally in foreclosure or pre-foreclosure.
I think they often choose distressed properties to do this to based on your theory that we talked about earlier.
that the homeowners may just have their eye off the wall.
They're almost walking away from the property.
And so, yeah, so he was forging signatures of legitimate owners onto the property on these fraudulent deeds, which transfer ownership of the property into these DBAs that he created.
Then what he did, he started renting out the houses.
He became a landlord with these houses.
