Oh, come on.
No, no, no.
You're on the cusp.
You're on the cusp of winning this thing.
I believe in you.
We're talking a little bit about home title theft and the Moorish sovereign citizens.
But another thing that they do, because one thing they're good at is understanding kind of the files and record systems of county clerks and real estate.
If there's someone they don't like, a judge, cop, FBI agent, they'll file a lien against their house, basically tying your house up so you can't sell it, basically saying, you owe me $600 gazillion.
Here's a lien on your property.
And man, oh, man, it's a headache to get those liens off your property.
It varies from county to county, but it's no fun.
So let's talk about Timothy Jermaine Pate.
He also went by the name Akhenaten Ali, age 43, of Augusta, Georgia, Moorish sovereign citizen, not subject to U.S.
law.
What Tim does is Tim files tax returns from 2016 to 2018, falsely claiming that he was owed more than $7 million in tax refunds.
Do you know what the IRS did?
They didn't pay it.
They did not pay it because it's nonsense.
And you can't just file a tax return in crayon and hope that the government is going to give you it.
This drove him so โ this made him so angry.
