But I just thought it was sad.
So there was a guy in Chicago.
um, named Devon Phillips.
He was investigated and prosecuted in Chicago with trafficking.
Um, we'll say narcotics.
Okay.
Um, the one that begins with C, which we probably can't say on YouTube.
Um, blow, blow, blow powder.
Yeah.
But the story is really about his sister, Sharon Phillips.
And she was kind of infected with this sovereign citizen mind virus.
And so she also adopted the name River Talley Bay, B-E-Y.
But she's, in this case, sitting through her brother's trial, right, kind of being there for him on his drug case, kind of being that comfortable face in the audience for him.
But she was seething with anger the whole time because she doesn't believe the courts have any jurisdiction over her brother, right?
If she's a Moorish sovereign citizen, by extension, he's also a Moor, right?
And so she begins filing crazy legal briefs with the U.S.
District Court in Chicago where I used to live.
explaining to the courts, again, she's not even the defendant, she's just the defendant's sister, explaining to the courts how the US government has no jurisdiction over her little brother because he's a sovereign citizen.
And there's no indication that her brother, Devon, was a fan of any of this hogwash.
He's not co-signing any of this stuff.
