That's the thing.
Because it doesn't fit neatly into a sentence and guidelines, it's really how irritated is the judge.
And if I'm skeptical, I would say that when you file liens against judges, they take it maybe a little more seriously than filing liens against the clerk at the Social Security Administration.
I'm just saying that a judge can have implicit bias like that, and evidently they did.
I'm saying the judge gave him a break for not messing with judges.
