It's either the market value that she stole of the house is $133,000 plus $312,000 plus $135,000, or the amount of money she actually got, which is probably a little more like a little over $300,000.

The local police handled it locally prosecuted.
She pled guilty, actually, to charges of forgery, grand theft, and telecommunications fraud in Montgomery County, Ohio.
