And it's all about the notion of

understanding how we master things and that, you know, your, your abilities and your skills aren't fixed.

They're actually malleable.

And that struggle, you know, struggle and challenge is actually that path to mastery.

And I wish I'd love to say that I, I knew that all along and I've always been that way, but I read that book probably right, right about when it came out about 10 years ago.

And it really was game changing for me to change my perspective on life.

I wish, I wish I would have, I wish it would have been out when I was 20.
