We have this obsession with property.

Everyone assumes that if a capital gains tax comes in, it's only going to be on property.

I think the government, any government here has got to be careful that they make the right decisions there if they do go that way.

And they surely are looking at, the Labour government's surely looking at what's happening in Australia and going, oh, we'll do that too.
