You know, I'm 56 now, so...

I guess my priority is my two youngest.

We went to France because I wanted my two youngest to speak their mother's tongue, which they are doing fluently now.

They read in French.

Their mother tongue's English.

It always will be English, but they sound French, which I'm real stoked about.

But I won't lie and say that I do love France.

It's a really beautiful country, but I feel kind of isolated there because I don't speak the language.

And even though I understand the language, I can read it,

but they speak so fast and you're so far behind, you know, like you can get the gist, but then when you're like, I just don't have the confidence to talk, right?

So, you know, I can go and do the basics and order bread and, you know, order my food and all that sort of stuff.

But when it comes to having conversation like this, fuck, I'm not even close, you know, like I would have said two words, you know?

So I'm finding that part of living in France extremely difficult because

because I want to integrate into the culture.

And it's tough with my wife and my kids because they speak English at home, and I want them to speak French, but they just speak English.

So if they spoke French, it would be a lot easier for me.
