too skeptical of authority to admit that sometimes, you know, people aren't lying to you. And if... I'll be honest, you gotta know a lot of history for Tartaria to seem as stupid off the bat as it does to me. Like, if you don't really know anything about history, and somebody comes to you and is like, hey... isn't it kind of weird that all of these cities in the West sprung up so quickly?

Oh, yeah. That one's just, you know, I get where that one comes from. Sitchin's pretty convincing. I've read his book, well, one of his books. What is his main argument again? That the Mesopotamian... Basically, that Mesopotamian tablets and religions were properly translated, tell a story about humans being created by a race of extraterrestrials.

Most people don't know Sumerian. Michael Heiser, on the other hand... was very well-versed in ancient Semitic religion. And he did a lot to explain why Sitchin is wrong. But that one is so niche. He writes well enough. He writes very authoritatively. And if you don't know he's wrong, you won't suspect he's wrong. Flat Earthers, on the other hand, it's basic math. It's literally just basic math.
