But what we create is the competition in between them, in between 75, 80 players with the possibility to feel that they can get on the end the roster for the World Cup, fight for the roster, to be on the roster.

And that increase the level of the group, of the player, because we create that competition that now

If you play in some place or you play already in the national team, okay, you for sure, if you don't perform, you are going to be there because you deserve, because you are a good player or the people think that you are a good player.

I think you need to deserve to be in the roster of the World Cup.

What we are going to do is to try to be fair players

with our values, our way to see the things, and to try to create the best roster, that the roster that is going to fight, believing that we can win.

And I use sometime the hockey example, when I saw the miracle, when the coach say, we don't need the best player, we need the right players in the roster.
