We are constantly pivoting to see what customers really need and how we can generate an impact. But what we are doing today in the topic of innovation is always trying to get ahead of that. We ask our clients what is the most important thing for them, what is it that really does not let them sleep. There are clients who ask us many times, hey, what is done within IBM? What are you thinking about?

The quantum issue is a whole process that IBM has been working on for years. And since it started, we knew that they were going to be dozens of years in order for something to make sense. However, you have to start placing small steps and small successes that allow customers to touch it.
