And the story here is how we landed our first enterprise customer outside our home country.

And it was like 2018 or 2019.

Papa John's UAE, they closed this deal together with our post partner in the region.

And Papa John's is a huge brand, multi-country franchise, top 10 global QSR brand, 5,500 locations worldwide.

And we had never worked with the company at that scale and we did not sell to them directly.

Our partner did the introduction.

We brought the product and the expertise and we just closed the deal together.

And the deal became like the template for us.

It expanded to Papa John's in other countries like Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bulgaria, eventually like 10 plus regional Parisian.

One relationship, one model, multiple markets.

So we just, the turnaround was that we just stopped asking how to raise more money and started asking how do we build something that doesn't need it.

And that shift is what changed the trajectory.

If I had to pick one milestone, I believe all the people in the company would expect me to say Papa Johnson.

It was like the opening, like the door opening deal for us.

But the real shift started before the deal.

It was like the decision to build the model itself.
