The next question that we got is actually from the same person.
Mrs. Heather Webb asked nicotine's role in preventing dementia.
Well, that right there is a great question.
So nicotine has not been shown in any research that I'm aware of to prevent dementia.
It does boost cognitive function and acts as a nootropic.
And so for that reason, might therapeutically, and I'm not saying this with any sort of scientific evidence,
Underpinning, I'm just kind of speculating here, that nicotine by itself might boost cognitive function in somebody who's struggling with it.
But that being said, nicotine is not good for the cardiovascular system.
It's not good for cardiorespiratory health.
So I'm not recommending it.
