I think monk fruit is great.
I am a huge fan, actually, of allulose, which is becoming increasingly available as, you know, in in better for you processed foods.
But that might be tasty and help you better adhere to your diet.
You can buy allulose now at Sprouts and use it in your baked goods.
I've done that.
And there's some evidence linking allulose consumption to better certain outcomes that are positive, like allulose seems to, I think, modestly boost GLP-1, which is involved in satiety.
So, yeah, allulose has kind of taken the non-caloric sweetener world by storm, and I'm a huge fan of it.
So that's kind of what I look for these days.
I don't actually โ I'm buying a lot less โ
with erythritol and products sweetened with erythritol compared to allulose.
Now that allulose is, you know, more readily available.
So yeah, but there's no reason to be afraid of it.

I am for about 1.6 grams of high-quality protein per kilogram of body weight each day.
It's the evidence-based sweet spot for muscle, satiety, and healthy aging.
