The last question comes to us from DLFSBD, and they have asked about protein powders, the good and bad of protein powders.
This is a fun question to end on.
I personally take protein powder supplements.
Contrary to what the purists on social media will say, whey protein, which is my favorite protein form to take,
When supplementing is not a heavily processed food, we've been producing whey protein since the dawn of cheese making.

Dairy protein has two forms of protein in it.
You've got your way and you've got your casein.
Humans have been manufacturing way for a very long time.
Obviously, the fitness industry, the bodybuilding industry has made whey protein a very profitable product vertical, but I actually see whey protein as a food product.
I don't see it as a heavily processed food.
Obviously, it's now being used in ultra-processed foods.

But when it comes to supplementing with protein, which I think can be really useful to hitting your protein target, I think protein powders can be great.
What do you look for?
Well, I think whey protein is the best.
It's the cleanest.
Again, we've been making it for a very long time.
It tends not to come with the risk of heavy metal exposure that plant-based protein powders do.
