So we fully entered into the morality that's associated with sugar.

So what I would say to folks is because any change that you make in your overall eating pattern, you kind of want to make sure that it's something that's sustainable and that you can replicate it over time.

And for most of us, it's not realistic to say that we're not going to eat any added sugar.

So I do say slowly reduce to a place that you feel like you can sustain the majority of the time.

And then if there are days where you have no added sugar, then that's fine.
