The stadium itself, the city's commitment is based on what is generated right now by the Royals.
You have a state incentive that's based on largely the same thing.
No attack of our general revenues.
It's countywide or citywide.
It makes monetary sense.
You've got 9,000 parking spaces on site.
You have everybody agreeing, shaking hands, people from different political persuasions, different industries.
This is development done right.
It keeps the Royals in town.
It keeps invigorating our downtown Kansas City, which has been a generational project.
I think this is transformational for our region, and I am darn proud to have been a part of it.
I think that, you know, look, I think everything in Kansas City requires obviously some discussion, and it is a change.
It is a change from driving in to the Truman Sports Complex and, you know, seeing all of your parking spots.
I'll remind anyone in Surin, I know you've had to live this life.
If you're going on a busy day, though, even for the Royals, let alone the Chiefs, but, you know, I went to a Yankees-Royals playoff game.
You go to that, and it's a slog getting out with a full game.
And so I think they're getting people used to the fact that,
Garages, surface lots, public transportation, all the different opportunities that get you there are still okay is going to be something that we'll continue to message.
And I respect the people of Kansas City, and I think it's fine to make that message.
