And he told me that these attacks in D.C.

have at times been so severe that

protesters ruptured a church member's eardrum and he had to go to the hospital.

Rigney says that these are paid agitators who are basically going to take any excuse they can to protest and harass churches.

Yeah, so no one has been arrested yet.

Local police monitored the protest, but they said that they made no arrests as demonstrators left the building because they were working to balance respect for free speech with the rights of the congregations to freely worship.

Don Lemon, former CNN anchor who was with these protesters as they stormed into the church in Minnesota, is also claiming that he was simply there to document free speech.

But the Department of Justice feels pretty differently.

DOJ Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon told The Daily Wire that Lemon is absolutely wrong.

Attorney General Pam Bondi also says the DOJ is now investigating these protesters, including Lemon, for violations of federal civil rights laws and the FACE Act, which protects worshipers from intimidation.

She says that even if Minnesota does not prosecute, federal authorities will.

Yeah, John.

So yesterday afternoon, during a hearing on how much access the media should have in this case, 4th District Judge Tony Graff ordered the release of transcripts and also an audio recording from a previously closed door session that was held back in October.

Now, Graff ruled that given just how high profile this case is, the public does have an interest in certain portions of the hearing.

And he said that those portions that could risk the safety of anyone involved in the case can just be redacted.

Graff also added, and I'm quoting here, that the court's sole objective in this process is to ensure a fair, orderly, and lawful proceeding that reflects the constitutional rights of the parties while honoring the public's qualified right of access.

And it looks like the public is going to get a look at most of that hearing as Graff only ordered 246 words of an 80-page transcript to be redacted.

You know, nothing really earth shattering.
