I think it might be part of the judges... consideration of what's going on with the attorney-client privilege issues and the notebooks seized from his jail cell, because that's one ongoing issue for the judge is to determine that. So I think he's just trying to assess what all is going on with the case. But yeah, I think it's unusual to have that.
