And there'd have to be something to change it if that ruling didn't hold, like a pause.
Some of the cases where they've said, okay, actually shots two through 10 were not okay.
There was an intervening pause, like where they assessed the situation.
It was clear the person was dead or hurting and they kept going.
But that's not, do you see that as this case-
