I think ginger beer is really smart, too, because so you're adding that and you're giving it a kick.
So in a way, ginger beer is like an infused thing that you don't have to actually make.
So that's very smart.
Oh, I say I'm a big stew person, a braise of stew.
So like lamb shanks or short ribs, because you can make it ahead.
It's special because you're not going to buy, you know, like a cut like that, but it's not as expensive as a prime rib.
You can't over, you really can't overcook it.
I mean, it's going to just fall off the bone and be delicious.
And you make the whole thing the day before, heat it up on, you know, for your dinner.
Not, you know, going to break the bank and it's low stress because you can do it ahead.
It's the it's the life.
I mean, I I don't like to cook a la minute for anybody except my husband.
Like literally, I do not want to make I don't want to chance it.
I want to do it ahead.
