I think very few people have read the Constitution cover to cover, in part because some of it's just really boring.
Trust me, I read it and I wrote about it and I was like, there were times I was like, whoa, article one's really long, but I did it so you don't have to.
And I go through and I explain what every single clause is doing, what it's for, what they were animated by when they decided to include it.
