You know, it's like we are born.
We're born to explore and touch.
And then that slowly over time, as we get older, we've learned that it's bad, naughty, disgusting.
Don't do it.
Why are you doing that?
You know, so it's going, actually, what feels true to me and what feels like deeply liberating is going, if all of that.
And touching myself is something incredibly intelligent, beneficial and healthy to do.
That's the script that I want to give everyone.
That's the script that needs to flip.
I think it's just because sex, we've got the idea that sex is with somebody else rather than sex can be with self.
You know, it's, yeah, we've just got this idea that we don't, again, it's just hiding a part of sex.
We only do sex with somebody else.
We need somebody else to be able to experience pleasure, which is BS.
We can do it on our own.
So I think...
Yeah, it's just unfortunately our society and how we view sex is very, very narrow minded.
Yeah.
Yes, yes.
Yeah, it's so narrow-minded and it's just so like it just stops people from experiencing more pleasure in their lives, you know, or relying on somebody else to give you an experience to make you feel pleasure, to have fun.
