The only way that I got through that, the Xanax withdrawal was, um, with children's Benadryl.

Stopping Xanax can make you have seizures.
It can do a ton of stuff to you.
I am thankful and lucky that I was not one of those people that that happened to.
Um, but yeah, I literally looked at my husband.
We were on the yellow wolf trial trial by fire tour.
And I looked at my husband.
I said, I don't want this stuff in my bloodstream anymore.
And he was like, Benny, you're not going to be able to not take Xanax.
Cause he saw what a bundle of nerves I was.
And I was like, okay, watch me.
Like anytime my husband says I can't do something.
