I'm a bit biased here, but I would recommend focusing on ones that are decentralized and non-hierarchical, ones that don't revolve around centralizing power and placing that power in the hands of people who are either good at smooth talking or who have a lot of money.

Ultimately, the way forward for people of all different marginalized groups, not even just trans people, you know, undocumented immigrants, black and indigenous people of color, low-income people, disabled people, and so forth, the way forward is by recognizing that our issues affect all of us. Attacks on trans healthcare are not limited there.

Inevitably, let's say they ban trans healthcare overnight. They're going to come for intersex people next. They're going to come for gay people next. They're going to come for everyone.
