But I think for Newcastle, it's more retaining the players, building that environment where players feel as though they can go to Newcastle and be there for five, six, seven years or whatever it may be.
If you look at the players like Aguero and Silva and Yaya Torre.
And Richards.

It's just because if you look at the drama with ESAC and Newcastle is such a big club, but there are always other clubs who have that pulling power, just building something special there that you feel as though you don't need to go anywhere else.
It's a good club though, isn't it, Newcastle?
