Bro, I say this all the time, but it's exactly the same thing.
People need to go through those actual trials and tribulations in certain areas so that then they can be ready for it later on.
It's all good for you.
But this is why I feel a lot of people are trying to take shortcuts for everything.
Nobody really wants to do the hard work.
It's the Olympic world.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Nobody wants to do the hard work.
And I get it if it's really excessive.
You let it get to a certain point.
And it's like, okay, you need at least some help to get to a certain point to then work out.
But you need to work.
Of course you're depressed.
