And his great raw talent is probably unsurpassed.

somebody like Barry Bonds knows one heck of a lot about hitting, and he would be a fascinating conversation.

Wow.

I mean, you know, one thing, Blake, you know, knowing this conversation was going to happen, I was thinking, man, I hope he doesn't have me explain what's happening in Major League Baseball this year because it's impossible, man.

It's like...

I mean, Scooble was hurt, obviously.

Mize was hurt.

The Tigers have had other guys hurt.

You know, I live in Boston.

You know, Garrett Crochet is hurt.

So many players, so many players are underachieving.

But, I mean, the Tigers, the Red Sox, the Mariners, the Jays certainly, you know, all of these teams are under .500.

I think the White Sox are over .500.

So, I mean, it's a very bizarre baseball season.

As for the Tigers specifically, and I think the Red Sox are in the same boat, even with the injuries, they are far more talented than the performance to date.

And the Blue Jays certainly are as well.

Can these teams rebound to have strong second halves?
