That's so very important. When you go to sleep at night, first of all, there's a level of forgiveness of the day, petty annoyances. You don't want to go to sleep with any of that. You don't want that to be a part of your subconscious mind. And why? Because it will create momentum of that perception. Faster.

So I wake up and I consciously go into a state of gratitude that I exist. It's not attached to I'm grateful that I have this. I'm grateful that I have that. I'm just grateful that I exist.

And then I open myself up and I'll say, I'm available to the energy and the strength to handle anything that comes into my life today, my assignments for today.

Because I know I have assignments on my to-do list. And then there are things that are going to come that I don't know they're going to come. Somebody's going to call. I'm going to have to respond to this. So I ask and make myself available to the energy of that. And because I've done it so long, I don't even think about it.
