But it's called Nine Innings.
In the course of the book, you will see what happens in this nine-inning baseball game.
But really, every inning, it is the story about the player, what they're going through, a divorce, an injury they're coming back from.
So it really grounds it in this very personal story.
You learn about the players, the struggles, the things they're doing, while also getting the baseball narrative.
And that's what I really wanted for this book.
So that one is one of my absolute, absolute favorites.
If you haven't read it, please, yeah, go get it.
That was the one I was really trying for.

You know, it's...
uh packed with information really the only book of its kind uh especially in english you know i for this book i google translated every page a book on 50 years of czech history and i have a book in italian on italian baseball i can't read italian so i'm doing the same thing but but if you want an english language book on on baseball history you you want uh josh chet wins right there that's great stuff um so this book's a lot of fun the czechs were a lot of fun in the wbc

I think every three years is actually perfect, especially if the qualifiers remain the same.
So you have the tournament a year off, a year of qualifiers, and then you have the tournament.
So it feels special, but it kind of is always happening.
It's always talking.
You're always talking about it.
