Women are not researched enough.
We're really kind of underserved in the medical community and the science community.
It's tough.
I knew that we were talking about it on my podcast yesterday, but
Yeah, so you started a podcast that talks a lot about these things.
That was, we recorded yesterday.
So it was our second day recording, just different podcasts.
Yeah.
What do you tell, how do you tell women to work with these things if they're just generally active?
Like they're not, you know,
They're not holding the belt over their head anytime soon, but they are active.

We put a lot of pressure on ourselves.

Diseases exist in women.
And I think that to me says we're working against our biology and really hurting ourselves.
And it's easier to do that again as a woman who is like fluctuating and these two hormones and progesterone is basically the, once the opposite of stress.
So it's very impacted by stress.
I think all hormones can be impacted by stress, but progesterone is vital.
