And that's the game that we play.
Well, I think the technology has yet to really extend into orcharding.
Orcharding techniques and growing is really just innovating
on old traditional methods.
But in post-harvest, there's a high level of automation and sophistication coming in, in terms of not just packing machines, but also fully automated cool stores aren't too far away.
And we've got AI operating at Seeker really to help us segregate the product that we've got in store.
When we get an order to load out,
of the hundreds of thousands of pallets of product we might have across our network, which one should we load out next?
Because it's the next most deserving one to go and are leaving behind the ones that might last all the way to the end.
Well, nothing really keeps me up at night.
But we are in a period of significant inflationary pressure.
electricity is just going very high.
And this company uses 45 gigawatts of power in here.
And we are one of the big electricity users to keep our cool stores running.
Packaging costs are going up.
And so those inflationary pressures are an issue and that we're having to pass those costs on to growers.
And that's probably number one.
Probably number two is compliance.
We use a lot of contractors and contractor compliance is an issue that the industry faces, that we face.
We've got our own compliance team in the company making sure that the companies that work for us providing us with labour services on orchards are compliant and treating their people as they should beyond the regulation.
