No, that isn't true.

That's not what our founding fathers thought.

That's not what American legal tradition suggests.

That's not how politics works.

The best way to establish good behaviors in politics is with the law as a teacher.

The best way to punish bad guys is not to talk about them more.

It's to punish them.

The best way to establish certainty is not through endless debate.
