So, um, what I try to do is hot, hot, always hot, relax, chill the fuck out.

Um, and then my set my alarm the night before so I can try to get at least eight hours of sleep.

So yeah, I, I, I try to.

Well, you know, I, it's actually a really good question.

So I'll be, I'll try to be brief as possible.

It is so, so, so important that if you are an entrepreneur, if you're going to go down this journey,

That you surround yourself with people that can support and love and care for you no matter what.

Because what you're doing, Vidyard, whatever company it is, is actually finite.

It is not going to last the rest of your life, but those relationships are.

Focus on those relationships and find somebody who loves and cares for you altruistically and understands the finiteness of what you're doing.

so they can support you for your entire life and vice versa.

And I found that in my wife and partner, and I cannot begin to emphasize how important that is to me and how important it should be to you as well.

Yeah.
