So aside from being able to visualize the apple at level one and see the photorealistic apple in your head, there are people who could simultaneously imagine the apple in their head while it rotates...

Splits in half, opens up the seeds inside while they're listening to a song in their head, while they're planning the rest of their day and seeing words.

But you were talking before the show about the NPC meme, and then we mentioned the philosophical zombie, and we were talking about AI and stuff.

That's why I brought this up.

I thought it'd be interesting to have a conversation around that.

So of course you're going to have this opinion because they saw those words and they didn't process them like a normal person would.

When I was a teenager, my parents had been telling me I should plan for college, figure out where I wanted to go.

Sure.

And I read an article from an economist who I think I worked for the, he think he worked for the Bush administration or Clinton, I can't remember which one.

And it's a story I've told on this show where he said something to the effect of, if you went to an investor and said, for $40,000, after four years, you will owe me $40,000 plus interest, do you think the investor would take that deal?

They're going to, absolutely not.

And that's what we're telling everyone to go into college for.
