And that'd be a really cool thing if he got an upgrade.

But in terms of Alvin here, look, I think that when the dust settles, the Wild would obviously talk to him.

But I can't imagine that right now he'd want to come in as some sort of scout.

You know, I mean, maybe eventually that's something that if he can't find another job.

But right now, I would assume that, you know, there's going to be conversations at some point if he doesn't look to move on in another organization and sort of a bigger role, you know, potentially GM somewhere.

No, I think it is.

I think it's, you know, look, this is a new world.

I was out at that Halo conference in Denver and listening to some of the conversations out there with the analytics people.

And there's just a lot of very, very smart people in the game.

And, you know, I kind of wonder how the heck things were done back when I first started covering the league in the 90s.

And this stuff really didn't exist.

And, you know, Sonny Mehta has been a rising star in Florida for some, some time.

I know the respect level that Bill Zito has for him.

I talked with him briefly in the press box last year, you know, covering the Stanley Cup final there.

And you just felt like this was something that he wanted to do.

And I just love the fact that he's going back to the to New Jersey.

I have a lot of respect for him and guys like Travis Green and people like that, too, because I'm a big poker fanatic.

Yeah.

I still watch some of those old World Series of Pokers, and there you see Travis Green sit at a table at the old Binion's, I think it was, or maybe at the Rio.

And Sonny Meadows is somebody that I'm just fascinated by because all I do on my free time is just watch poker clips.
