I think there are reasons why in the animal world, outside of humans, it makes a lot of sense when nutrition is hard to get by and you've got to breastfeed.

You need that nutrition.

But in the human world, it's rarely necessary.

But as I keep saying, I feel like I've said this like now three times on the podcast, the placenta is vegan.

Because the animal has voluntarily abandoned it.
