I'm in complete agreement that the government is completely bloated. It needs to be cut. But is there any guideline? What's the criteria? I mean, my theory has been you don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. I mean, just the numbers they were talking about today of... What if both the baby and the bathwater are tainted?
