Apple has credited Australia's world first social media ban for under 16 year olds as inspiration for a new suite of child safety controls on its devices.
When I was talking before about negative gearing, that is almost an immediate benefit, right?
That's a pretty cool claim to fame for Australia, right?
The chief executive of Apple, Tim Cook, rang Prime Minister Anthony Albanese yesterday to brief him on the iPhone maker's announcement.
You see it's a tax incentive and that's going to benefit you within the next kind of 12 months, right?
Cook told Albanese that the changes were in part inspired by the social media ban and in part by the company's own research.

To the fact that these companies are just so big that they are actually bigger than a lot of countries themselves.
